PepTalk Integration

Quick steps to enable, verify, and disable the PepTalk morale report integration

There are 2 steps to enable the PepTalk integration. Both steps are handled from Admin -> Sites. After selecting the site and choosing "Site Settings":

  1. Set the API Key
    1. Integrations -> PepTalk API Key
    2. the key is sent in a secure email from PepTalk on behalf of the customer
  2. Enable the "report"
    1. Reports -> Morale (PepTalk) Visibility

Verify the PepTalk Integration by navigating to Reports for the site and locate the tab named "Morale (PepTalk)”

If a customer decides they want to disable PepTalk, return to Site Settings and set visibility to off. The API key can remain.
